Terms of service
Scope of work
Each project is confirmed in writing before it starts, including what is being built, the number of revision rounds, and the total price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Pricing and payment
Vertex Studios website packages are one-time project services — there are no monthly design fees. The total project price is confirmed before any work begins. Projects are reserved with a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% is due after final approval and before the website goes live. Domain registration, hosting, and paid third-party services are separate when required, and we'll tell you about any external costs beforehand.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text, images, and brand assets you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them. On final payment, the delivered website design is yours to use.
Portfolio examples
The before/after examples on this site are self-initiated concept redesigns of fictional businesses. They are labelled as concept work and do not represent past clients.
What we don't promise
We improve design, usability, and conversion opportunities. We do not promise specific search rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue.
